Responsibilities :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to :
- Provides general maintenance to all company properties such as painting walls, doors, floors, plumbing, landscaping, installing racks and shelves as needed.
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment and machinery in all locations as needed, including fork-lifts, pumps, tanks, dispensing lines, dispensing valves, mixers.
- Purchases maintenance supplies following the approval procedures.
- Follows Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Complies with OSHA regulations.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and / or assigned.
